Mood Board is a collection and inspiration of aesthetics that shows the design direction.

Rendering allows clients to see their space come to life. It involves tailored fit combination of materials, colors, and textures to create a realistic visual representation of the space. With rendering, clients can not only see the aesthetics of the design but also feel the space and understand the function of custom-made millwork. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments before the actual construction, ensuring that the final product meets the client's expectations.

Material Board is a collection of materials proposed for the renovation. Varying from flooring, wall finish, cabinets etc. By seeing and touching materials you can start to get a visualization of the complete design.

Furniture collage is composed of proposed furniture for each space. They demonstrate the effectiveness of the furniture's aesthetic. The benefit being is seeing the actual furniture together before committing to purchasing it.

Construction drawings are sometimes necessary for the construction team/ specialist to understand and successfully accomplish the design. Construction drawings can be several pages long and include many details varying from project to project.
